ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for immediate opportunities.
ROLE: Project Manager
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years' experience building construction and IT infrastructure networking and hardware implementations
- 7-10 years experience in Technology projects, with at least 5 years leading technology and project teams
- Experience building fiber optics
- PMP is considered and asset
- Experience in analyzing and solving complex business problems
- Experience in technology infrastructure, software development and policy/procedure development
- Experience in scalable technology-based solutions
- Experience in Vendor Management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity and meet tight timelines
- Able to develop and maintain effective relationships at al levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Team player – able to work with diverse stakeholder groups towards the delivery of new technologies and implementation of systems
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
