The Role We Are Offering You:

As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of inspectors, product auditors, and collaborating with various technicians. You will be directly involved in supervising quality control procedures, managing non-conformities, and interdepartmental collaboration. You will also play a key role in training and raising awareness among staff, as well as conducting audits.

Team Management:

  • Performance evaluation.
  • Development of team members’ skills.
  • Activity planning.
  • Establishment of team work standards.
  • Communication of departmental and company directives and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of inspectors and product auditors: Direct and coordinate the activities of inspectors and auditors to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Implementation and management of quality control procedures: Develop and implement quality control procedures for each stage of production or service delivery.
  • Management of non-conformities: Identify sources of non-conformity, analyze causes, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the quality assurance group and the group responsible for the quality management system, to continuously improve processes and results.
  • Training and awareness: Raise awareness and train inspectors and auditors on quality standards and best practices.
  • Internal and external audits: Organize and conduct internal and external audits to verify product compliance with quality standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Strong experience in quality management and team management.
  • Quick adaptability to changes.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong leadership in decision-making.
  • Determination to challenge existing processes to encourage continuous improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Experience in conducting audits and managing certifications.
