You will

  • Partner with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers and Interviewers on various recruitment initiatives

  • Lead Talent Acquisition coordination and scheduling

  • Build out best in class talent processes and procedures

  • Assist with special projects when needed.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.

  • 1-3 years experience in Recruitment Coordination

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.

  • Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results with limited supervision

  • Passionate about robotics and autonomy, solving difficult problems, and creating solutions. 

We Prefer

  • Startup experience is a huge plus!

  • Experience with co-op/intern recruitment cycles

  • Experience working in a remote environment
