Reliability Supervisor
Where will you work: Onsite – Esterhazy K3, Saskatchewan
HOURS/SCHEDULE 5/5/4
Reporting to the Reliability Lead, the Reliability Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises the safe execution of condition-based monitoring activities in the K3 mine and surface operations. The role requires the management of labor and material resources to identify and prevent equipment defects through application of condition-based monitoring tasks. The use of root cause failure analysis and other reliability engineering processes will be required as necessary.
What you’ll do?

Direct and manage daily and long-term workforce planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work.

Ensure assigned crew meets all applicable standards and requirements in terms of safety, quality, timeliness, and cost.

Ensure regulatory, corporate and site safety and environmental standards are followed by conducting safety audits, risk assessments and housekeeping tours.

Ensure all maintenance programs meet Mosaic and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the condition-monitoring and lubrication program.

Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.

Manage performance issues when necessary.

Develop and coach employees to retain and grow organizational talent.

Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

Support defect elimination program through RCA and other reliability engineering practices.
What you’ll need:
-
High School/GED required.
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Technologist Diploma preferred, major in mechanical or electrical.

5+ years of related underground experience
-
Strong working knowledge of condition monitoring technologies (vibration, IR, UE, MCA, oil analysis)

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS, data management)
-
Knowledge and understanding of networks, servers, and databases.

Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, and drug and alcohol testing.
