Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Administrator to support a Platform Engineering team in maintaining and optimizing SAP environments. This is a net-new role focused on ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across complex technical infrastructures in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage upcoming system changes and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain and update system support documentation, including changes from upgrades and redesigns
- Install, maintain, and support complex SAP infrastructure, hardware, and system software components
- Administer and tune SAP platforms to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
- Support rollout and implementation activities
- Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and implement preventive measures for complex projects
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HANA administration
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration
- Experience managing SAP environments in public cloud platforms
- Experience using scheduling tools to manage daily operational tasks
- Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
