The Senior Benefits Analyst is a tactical Total Rewards role responsible for benefits escalation management, vendor governance, and employee enablement for the Philippines.
The role serves as the second-line owner of benefits issues-intervening when cases require judgment, policy interpretation, vendor management, or leadership engagement. It ensures that benefits programs are delivered consistently with policy intent, compliance requirements, and employee experience standards.
All routine benefits administration and transactional processing (e.g., enrollments, claims processing, payroll execution) are performed by Employee Center and HR Operations. This role focuses on resolution, governance, and capability-building rather than administration.

The Senior Benefits Analyst is a tactical Total Rewards role responsible for benefits escalation management, vendor governance, and employee enablement for the Philippines.
The role serves as the second-line owner of benefits issues-intervening when cases require judgment, policy interpretation, vendor management, or leadership engagement. It ensures that benefits programs are delivered consistently with policy intent, compliance requirements, and employee experience standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Benefits Escalation Management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, non-routine, or high-impact benefits cases unresolved by Employee Center or HR Operations
- Resolve issues involving:
- hospital admissions, excess billing, and Corporate Guarantee (CG) matters
- complex eligibility and conversion scenarios
- employee disputes or sensitive benefits cases with reputational or employee-relations risk
- Apply policy interpretation, precedent, and judgment to reach fair, compliant, and defensible outcomes
- Determine appropriate escalation to Total Rewards leadership, Legal, Finance, or vendors when required
- Vendor Management & Service Governance
- Act as the tactical benefits authority in engagements with benefits vendors and brokers (e.g., HMO, insurance, wellness, retirement partners)
- Lead vendor escalations, service recovery discussions, and root-cause analysis
- Monitor vendor service performance against policy intent and employee experience expectations
- Surface vendor risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to Total Rewards leadership to support renewal and design decisions
- Benefits Training & Enablement
- Lead benefits education and capability-building across stakeholders, including:
- employee orientations, roadshows, and virtual sessions
- training for People Business Partners (PBPs)
- enablement sessions for Employee Center and HR Operations
- learning sessions for regional and global Total Rewards partners
- Develop and deliver clear, practical benefits materials that translate complex rules into employee-friendly guidance
- Reduce avoidable escalations by strengthening understanding and frontline enablement
- Tactical Execution of Benefits Strategy
- Support Total Rewards leadership in operationalizing benefits strategy through:
- participation in benefits renewals and design discussions
- providing local insights for benchmarking and market studies
- contributing Philippines input to global initiatives (e.g., benefits platform implementations)
- Identify employee impact, readiness risks, and local considerations prior to rollout of benefits changes
- Support Total Rewards leadership in operationalizing benefits strategy through:
- Risk, Compliance & Governance Support
- Act as a second-line governance checkpoint for benefits interpretation and delivery
- Support legal, audit, or compliance reviews by providing factual clarifications and benefits expertise
- Identify systemic risks and gaps arising from escalations and provide recommendations for process or policy improvements to owning teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in employee benefits, insurance, or Total Rewards within a Philippines context
- Proven experience handling escalations, vendor negotiations, or complex employee cases
- Experience delivering training, roadshows, or enablement sessions
