The Senior Brand Manager will partner with cross-functional teams in the development and execution of all GTM (Go-to-Market) efforts for Ninja across a growing number of product categories. The right candidate is detail orientated, communicates for impact and can maneuver through any barriers by building strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring sales readiness and launch excellence domestically and globally. 


Responsibilities 
 

  • Global Partnership: Serve as liaison and support for international teams, communicating the value proposition of our products and developing the marketing tools to support our products globally. 
  • Category Leader: Rally cross-functional partners behind the goals of the category, helping teams translate ideas and insights into actionable plans and assets.  
  • Messaging Validation: Collaborate with consumer insights to execute and validate the right our messaging, story and assets and leverage those insights to deliver best-in-class messaging.  
  • Asset Development: Oversee the execution of photo shoots, packaging, web content, digital and social advertising, influencer campaigns, PR, SEM, CRM, in-store displays amongst other tactics.   
  • Story Creation: Lead all early-stage marketing development to include naming, trademark searches, claim ideation and storyboarding. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and validate claims. Stay well versed in the category happenings and bring new thinking to the table.  
  • Business Ownership: Embody a sense of business ownership, ensuring cross-functional partners are versed in the category goals, insights and messaging to bring our brand to life across all marketing channels and regions in a consistent and effective manner that drives high rate of sales.  
  • Trouble-Shooting and Creative Thinking: Identify and action on creative solutions to obstacles, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive to resolution, ensuring speed to market and high rate of sale.  


Key Functional Skills/Knowledge  


  • Agile, strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management. 
  • Team player who successfully builds relationships and consensus within the organization. 
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix organization.

Qualifications 
 

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of prior Marketing experience required.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. 
  • MBA preferred.  
  • Experience in both front-end innovation and go-to-market activation preferred. 
  • Experience in launching new products, preferably in a global role. 
  • Understanding of the retail and DTC landscapes.
