Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within our Irish business based in Dublin, where we are now certified as a Great Place to Work.
This contract will be an initial parental leave cover of 12 months.
You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting into the Head of Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be the commercial management of our business. You will play a key part in supporting the team with actionable insights and strategic planning to drive category growth and profitability.
What you'll do:
- Full P&L accountability for core business
- Develop a deep understanding of the short- and long-term return on investment (ROI) of all customer investment drivers
- Lead monthly/quarterly commercial performance reviews
- Lead trade promotional planning, including post promotional evaluation and reporting
- Manage the process of promotional and Joint Business Planning reviews with sales teams
- Collaboration with sales organization, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement across extended business
- Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
- Define the commercial plans for innovations
- Work closely with Marketing and Category teams on business case development for all NPD
What you'll need:
- Proven experience & progression within commercial functions (ideally around 6 years' experience)
- Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and innovation
- Knowledge: FMCG experience
- Education: BSc/BA required
