Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Analytics & Insights

Conduct deep-dive analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executive and business leaders.

  • Data Modeling & Engineering Collaboration

Design and maintain robust data models (dimensional, relational, star/snowflake schema) in Databricks and SQL.

Partner with data engineers to ensure optimized, scalable data pipelines for analytics use cases.

  • Executive Reporting & Visualization

Build, maintain, and optimize executive-level dashboards in Tableau, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.

Drive consistency and trust in metrics across functions by defining and enforcing reporting standards.

  • Upskilling & Team Development

Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team’s analytical maturity through training, code review, and best-practice sharing.

Create repeatable analytics frameworks and documentation to scale knowledge across the organization.

  • Cross-Functional Business Partnership

Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, HR, and Manufacturing, providing data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and dashboards that align with corporate goals.

Qualifications

  • 7 plus years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Tableau, and data modeling.
  • Strong track record of delivering insights in complex, enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to design executive-ready dashboards and reports.
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling other analysts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
