We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who's ready to level up their career and make a real impact. This isn't just another coding job—you'll be the technical backbone of our DC pension portal applications, mentoring the next generation of developers while architecting solutions that matter.
 

You'll bridge the gap between vision and execution, translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions while guiding your team to success.
 

What you’ll do:
Build & Innovate

• Design, code, test, and debug cutting-edge web applications using Angular, modern web technologies, and relational databases

• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into code.

• Tackle the most complex technical challenges with minimal direction—this is where your expertise truly shines 
   

 Lead & Mentor

• Shape product architecture and develop comprehensive project plans

• Guide and review your team's work, fostering growth in junior developers

• Be the technical expert everyone turns to when the stakes are high
   

Strategize & Execute

• Research and champion new technologies that keep us ahead of the curve

• Develop accurate cost and time estimates, making critical decisions to keep projects on track

• Propose innovative solutions based on evolving business needs 
   

Support & Solve

• Provide Tier III technical support for the most urgent and complex issues

• Be the hero when critical problems need expert-level troubleshooting

• Monitor trends and continuously improve our support processes 
   

What you bring: 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10+ years of battle-tested frontend development experience
   

Technical Mastery

• Core Skills: CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX

• Database Expertise: MS SQL Server 2019, T-SQL

• Frameworks: Angular, Angular Material Library

• Modern Tools: Visual Studio, Bootstrap, HTML5

• Integration: RESTFul APIs, XML, JSON

• Methodologies: DevOps, Agile

• Architecture: Multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications with proven design patterns

• Some knowledge of AngularJS

• SASS

• Experience developing for Accessibility

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
 

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations. We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise.
