As an Investment Analyst, you will conduct research, perform financial modeling, monitor portfolio performance, and provide investment recommendations to support clients' financial success.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver Ariel EAS pension administration implementations. Act as client-product development liaison, manage scope, risks, requirements traceability, knowledge transfer, and transition to support while coaching team members and driving process improvements.

Manage client accounts for defined benefit pension plan administration: plan and supervise work, monitor projects, train and coach staff, prepare and track budgets, improve processes, support special projects, build client relationships and develop business.

Provide defined benefit pension plan administration including calculations, verification, annual statement production, plan rule interpretation, client/member support, and process improvement. Work on projects and special assignments while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

Lead client accounts for defined benefit pension administration, plan and supervise administration work, coach staff, monitor project progress and budgets, handle client/member/trustee requests, support special projects, improve processes, and help develop new business and client relationships.

Support pension plan administration and actuarial-related tasks including annual planning, production and verification of work, budget tracking, client and member communication, training team members, participating in special projects, and suggesting process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Analyze clients' defined-benefit pension calculation rules, configure and integrate in-house pension software, write specifications, develop and review test strategies and scenarios, support QA, suggest product improvements, and provide post-implementation customer support.

Lead requirements gathering, document business and operational needs, map processes across pension, payroll and finance systems, collaborate with architects and developers, define testing scope, support QA, redesign reports/communications, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure successful pension and benefits implementations.

Lead client-facing actuarial consulting engagements for defined benefit pension plans, advising on plan design, valuation, risk management, compliance and administration. Manage client relationships, drive business development, mentor junior staff, oversee project delivery, budgets and timelines, and represent the firm at industry events. Provide strategic recommendations to support long-term plan sustainability.
