Lead client-facing actuarial consulting engagements for defined benefit pension plans, advising on plan design, valuation, risk management, compliance and administration. Manage client relationships, drive business development, mentor junior staff, oversee project delivery, budgets and timelines, and represent the firm at industry events. Provide strategic recommendations to support long-term plan sustainability.

Analyze clients' defined-benefit pension calculation rules, configure and integrate in-house pension software, write specifications, develop and review test strategies and scenarios, support QA, suggest product improvements, and provide post-implementation customer support.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver Ariel EAS pension administration implementations. Act as client-product development liaison, manage scope, risks, requirements traceability, knowledge transfer, and transition to support while coaching team members and driving process improvements.

As an Investment Analyst, you will conduct research, perform financial modeling, monitor portfolio performance, and provide investment recommendations to support clients' financial success.

Lead FedRAMP Moderate compliance program from gap assessment through remediation and continuous monitoring. Coordinate Engineering, DevSecOps, Security, and Compliance to implement NIST 800-53 controls, maintain SSPs and POA&Ms, work with 3PAOs and federal sponsors, and align cloud architecture and security controls across AWS/Azure/GCP. Drive documentation, vulnerability management, incident response, stakeholder reporting, and governance.

Develop and test T-SQL data transformations to load client data into the Central Data Repository. Create and execute unit tests and corrective scripts, address QA feedback, meet project deadlines, provide Level 1 technical support to clients and internal teams, and review loading control reports with QA.

Lead and coordinate client legacy data integration into TELUS Health systems. Oversee conversion tasks, ensure data quality, run workshops, identify gaps, propose process changes, escalate issues, prioritize conversion work, and report progress and risks to project management.
