The Senior IAM Analyst is a critical aspect of our organization’s cybersecurity strategy. The key responsibilities for this role include administering identity lifecycle management, technical support for troubleshooting incidents and participation in ongoing audit and risk assessments. The role focuses on automation and operational efficiency improvements while providing technical project support for IAM solutions including SailPoint Identity Now, Privileged Access Management and various home-grown tools. This role requires technical expertise in IAM technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.

 

How you will create impact:
  • Act as subject matter expert for IAM platform management, identity lifecycle management and privileged access management.
  • Develop automated solutions for repeatable IAM tasks by improving manual processes via scripting or workflow enhancements.
  • Participate in and/or lead sub-components of various projects with deliverables that require technical resources.
  • Design operational processes and procedures and assist with training material as required
  • Perform user testing, debugging, maintenance and support of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud

To join our team:
  • You have 5+ years of working experience related to Identity Access Management.
  • You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • You have experience and proficiency with Entra ID and Active Directory.
  • You have experience and proficiency with ServiceNow.
  • You have proficiency with SailPoint and Privileged Access Management tools and practices.
  • CISSP certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Salary information

Expected salary range $72,847 to $121,411

Salary placement

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Incentive/Variable pay

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
