Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship-building with local businesses, delivering tailored commercial insurance and risk management solutions, growing a sustainable book of business, and operating independently while upholding brand and compliance requirements. Support, training, and enterprise resources provided.

Provide virtual sales support, advanced education, case consultation, onboarding and training for brokers on life insurance products. Serve as subject-matter expert for needs analysis, develop broker relationships, support sales goals and collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to drive sales initiatives and quarterly sales themes.

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire-based P&C solutions. Lead medium-to-large feature development, create implementation and troubleshooting plans, perform unit testing, guide junior developers, and resolve application defects.
