Independent Commercial Insurance Advisor builds and runs their own advisory practice representing Co-operators. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship-building with local businesses, delivering tailored commercial insurance and risk management solutions, growing a sustainable book of business, and operating independently while upholding brand and compliance requirements. Support, training, and enterprise resources provided.

Lead IT sourcing and category management for enterprise technology spend. Develop sourcing strategies and cost-savings plans, negotiate complex software and technology contracts, rationalize vendors, coach sourcing managers, monitor vendor performance, and build strategic supplier relationships to deliver commercial efficiency and service excellence.

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire-based P&C solutions. Lead medium-to-large feature development, create implementation and troubleshooting plans, perform unit testing, guide junior developers, and resolve application defects.
