The Role We Are Offering You:
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of managers, quality assurance specialists, and a project manager. You will be directly involved in the implementation and management of the quality system, supervision of procedures, management of non-conformities, and interdepartmental collaboration. You will also play a key role in training and raising awareness among staff, as well as conducting audits and obtaining certifications.

Team Management:
- Performance evaluation.
- Development of team members’ skills.
- Activity planning.
- Establishment of team work standards.
- Communication of departmental and company directives and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and management of the quality system: Design and implement methods and tools to maintain and improve the quality of products and services.
- Supervision of procedures: Ensure that quality procedures are followed at every stage of production or service delivery.
- Management of non-conformities: Identify sources of non-conformity and implement action plans to address them.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments to continuously improve processes and results.
- Training and awareness: Raise awareness and train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Audits and certifications: Organize and conduct internal and external audits, and ensure the company obtains or renews certifications.

- Strong experience in quality management and team management.
- Quick adaptability to changes.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong leadership in decision-making.
- Determination to challenge existing processes to encourage continuous improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems.
- Experience in conducting audits and managing certifications.
