About the Role

As the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, you will be the lead architect of our global marketing infrastructure. You will define and own the MarTech roadmap, ensuring our stack is scalable, integrated, ready for agentic development and capable of driving personalized engagement across the entire customer lifecycle. You will act as the strategic bridge between marketing vision and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

MarTech Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the multi-year marketing technology roadmap aligned with global GTM business goals.

  • Lead the business value realization from existing solutions, including Marketing Automation (MAP), Data enrichment platforms etc.

  • Conduct regular technology audits and gap analyses to ensure the stack supports incremental business growth.

  • Develop business cases for new investments and present technology strategies to executive leadership.

Technology Evaluation & Selection

  • Lead the end-to-end RFP process for new solutions, including CDPs, ABM platforms, Measurement, Campaign and budget management, DAM etc.

  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects and pilot programs to validate tool efficacy.

  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage ongoing service-level agreements (SLAs).

System Integration, Architecture and Readiness for Agentic development

  • Oversee the integration of MarTech solutions into the broader ecosystem (CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.) to ensure seamless interoperability.

  • Collaborate with IT/Data engineering teams on technical implementations.

  • Assess and prepare the MarTech stack for agentic development, ensuring data accessibility and API readiness for autonomous AI agents and workflows.

Data Activation, Governance & Compliance

  • Establish frameworks for lead scoring, segmentation taxonomy, and workflow triggers.

  • Ensure all marketing technologies comply with global data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

Stakeholder Management & Optimization

  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and Security teams.

  • Translate complex marketing requirements into technical specifications.

  • Identify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency gains and improve the team's speed-to-market.

Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience managing comprehensive MarTech stacks, ideally within a global B2B SaaS organization.

  • Platforms Expertise: High proficiency in MAP, CRM, CDP, Paid media technology platforms, Extensive experience with platforms such as Adobe, Segment, Demandbase, or Optimizely is preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional system integrations from inception to completion.

  • Experience in high-growth environments where stack optimization is a continuous process.

  • Strong vendor negotiation and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, technical or business-related field.

  • Technical skills: Familiarity with APIs, SQL, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
