The summary above was generated by AI
Small businesses represent 99.9% of all companies, yet they're still forced to choose between clunky, outdated enterprise phone systems or their personal phones. This multi-billion dollar market has been overlooked for decades, left to cobble together solutions that slow them down instead of helping them grow.

Quo is changing that. We bring calls, texts, and customer information together into one easy-to-use, AI-powered platform. We’re not just building a phone system. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses connect with their customers.

Driven by our values, we move fast, build with determination, and obsess over delivering value to the businesses that have been underserved for far too long.

Today, Quo is trusted by more than 90,000 companies and rated #1 in customer satisfaction on G2. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, Slow Ventures, and other top-tier investors. It’s safe to say we’re onto something big.
About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to be a strategic data partner to our Product team. In this role, you'll go beyond reporting you'll shape how we define success, instrument our product, design experiments, and use data to influence what we build next. You'll work closely with PMs, engineers, and designers to uncover opportunities, sharpen prioritization decisions, and ensure our roadmap is grounded in evidence.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytical rigor and product intuition.

Some of the things you’ll do:

Product Analytics & Instrumentation
  • Own event tracking end-to-end: define schemas, partner with engineers on instrumentation, and maintain a reliable event taxonomy.
  • Build dashboards and self-serve reporting that give PMs and leadership clear visibility into usage, engagement, and retention.
  • Run deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, cohort retention, and feature adoption.

Metric Definition & Strategy
  • Define and socialize key product metrics ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and leadership.
  • Partner with PMs to translate business goals into measurable outcomes and OKR frameworks.

Experimentation
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end with statistical rigor.
  • Build experimentation best practices so PMs can run better tests and make faster decisions independently.

Roadmap Prioritization & Opportunity Sizing
  • Partner with PMs to size opportunities, stress-test assumptions, and identify the highest-leverage bets.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into insights proactively, not just in response to requests.

AI & Data Democratization
  • Use AI to accelerate your own workflows and bring what works to the broader team.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden reliable data access so PMs, designers, and others can self-serve without an analyst in the loop.
  • Stay ahead of the AI tooling landscape and recommend how to embed it into our data stack and workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
  • Build trusted relationships with PMs, engineers, and designers as the analytical partner of the product org.
  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Take ambiguous problems, go deep independently, and come back with a clear point of view with the curiosity to connect dots beyond the immediate ask.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related analytical role in a Consumer App, B2B SaaS, or PLG environment.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL you write complex queries comfortably and know how to work with large, multi-source datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with event tracking and product instrumentation you've defined event schemas, worked with tools like Segment or Amplitude, and understand the tradeoffs in instrumentation design.
  • Strong foundation in experimentation you understand A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, power analysis, and common pitfalls.
  • Experience defining and operationalizing product metrics, including north star frameworks, guardrail metrics, and OKR measurement.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Mode, Hex, Looker) and the ability to build clean, scalable dashboards that non-analysts can use independently.
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills you don't just find insights, you make them land.
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you set your own agenda and prioritize what matters most.
  • A track record of influencing product decisions, not just supporting them.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and how it can 10x analytical work you proactively try new tools, find ways to automate the repetitive, and think creatively about putting more reliable data in more people's hands.
