We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist with strong HubSpot proficiency and experience in revenue operations at a scaling company to join our RevOps team. This role will focus primarily on supporting our Client Success team by optimizing processes, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot. In addition, this person will provide support to the sales ops team as organizational priorities allow. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of both Client Success and Sales functions, an ability to work cross-functionally, and a strong background in HubSpot.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automations to enhance the efficiency and impact of the Client Success team.
  • Build and monitor dashboards and reports in HubSpot for tracking key Client Success metrics such as customer health, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Client Success leadership to identify operational needs and translate them into effective solutions within HubSpot.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for any HubSpot-related issues impacting the Client Success team’s ability to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Act as a supporting resource for the Sales Ops team, assisting with sales workflows, reporting, and automations as needed.
  • Support the Sales team with ad hoc reporting and insights, particularly as it relates to sales metrics within HubSpot.
  • Work closely with RevOps, Client Success, and Sales teams to align HubSpot functionalities with the needs of each department.
  • Conduct regular audits of HubSpot processes, ensuring workflows and automations support scalable growth across Client Success and Sales.
  • Serve as the go-to HubSpot expert for the Client Success teams, providing training, guidance, and best practices as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with extensive experience building workflows, sequences, automations, and custom reporting.
  • Background in Client Success operations, with a solid understanding of Client Success metrics and drivers of customer health.
  • Experience in sales operations, with the ability to support Sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with HubSpot reporting, to generate insights for both Client Success and Sales teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships across departments.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Candidates must be located in Canada to be considered.

We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.
