  • Ensure solution delivery is aligned with enterprise architecture, design standards, and best practices
  • Support testing, deployment, and transition to operations activities

Continuous Improvement & Solution Ownership

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for Maximo and other assigned systems/applications
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to system performance, usability, and reliability
  • Contribute to backlog prioritization and enhancement planning with product and business stakeholders
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across support and delivery processes
  • Provide input into enterprise-wide design standards and best practices

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and influence product improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Delivery, Data, and Infrastructure
  • Communicate complex technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement
