Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role within the operations team, working closely with client sites and reporting directly to the District Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Embedded Workforce Supply Group and site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. The Site Manager develops and implements operational policies, strategies, and procedures to meet company goals, manages budgets and contractual P&L objectives, and leads incident investigations to drive continuous improvement. This role also oversees the full employee life cycle while fostering a respectful workplace culture, builds strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as HSE, HR, and Finance to support overall business success

What would you be doing?

  • Develop and implement policies, strategies, and procedures to help operations achieve company goals and performance targets.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and revenues to meet contractual P&L objectives.
  • Lead and audit incident investigations, ensuring quality and continuous improvement in safety performance.
  • Oversee the full employee life cycle—from onboarding to release—while maintaining a respectful and people-focused approach.
  • Build strong relationships with operational clients through proactive, consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HSE, HR, and Finance to support business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as required to support operational success.

Qualifications

  • ​Strong computer knowledge required: specifically using Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook and power point) 
  • ​Self-motivated individual who works well with minimal supervision and who can achieve both self-imposed and prescribed deadlines. 
  • ​Proven extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Safety regulations. 
  • ​Proven ability to work with all levels of people.​
