Job Responsibilities/duties:
- Reviews quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions.
- Produce reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials.
- Assist in the design and development of quality assurance and metrics architecture roadmaps/systems.
- Uses developed knowledge of the company, processes, and customers to solve a range of atypical problems using analyses to create possible solutions. Proposes improvements to processes and methods.
- Perform basic functional testing and contribute to automation and performance plans.
- Solves a range of routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Job Qualifications
- College level program in computer science or a related field
- Over 1 year of experience in quality assurance and metrics architecture processes.
- Over 1 year of experience using recognized test methodologies, tools, frameworks and techniques
- Experience working with one or more high-level programming languages (including TESTCAFE, POSTMAN, GITHUB, JENKINS, POWERSHELL and KANBAN) or technologies and understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience developing effective design and use of different types of testing.
- Experience in test management, change and environment management and accurate reporting on software quality.
