Responsibilities: 

• Technical Leadership
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership—reviewing Boomi designs, processes, and code.
  • Define and enforce best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for the Boomi practice.
  • Mentor and guide Boomi developers, fostering skill growth and delivery excellence.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across delivery teams.
  • Partner with other  Architects and Business Analysts to validate requirements and scope.
  • Build trusted client relationships through delivery excellence and thought leadership.
    

• Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end solution design using Boomi, integrating into broader enterprise data and process architectures.
  • Estimate effort, create technical documentation, and drive sophisticated Boomi implementations hands-on.
  • Conduct detailed Boomi code reviews and optimize solution design for performance, maintainability, and reuse.
  • Mentor junior developers and support delivery teams with architectural guidance and best practices.
    

• Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support AI/ML/GenAI integration initiatives by working closely with internal data science and engineering teams.
  • Stay current with Boomi platform updates, industry trends, and competitive iPaaS offerings (e.g., MuleSoft ).
  • Participate in product feedback loops, sharing insights from field experience with Boomi and platform teams.
  • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks for future engagements.
    

• Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in customer-facing architecture, consulting.
  • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience with the Boomi platform; Including Boomi certifications.
  • Deep understanding of iPaaS, middleware, API management, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one development language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, R).
  • Familiarity with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices/API-based systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to convey complex topics to both technical and business audiences.
    

• Nice to Haves
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations or GenAI applications.
  • Prior vendor, SI, or channel partner experience in technical enablement.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Understanding of Boomi Flow, B2B/EDI, or Master Data Hub is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with platforms such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, SAP, or legacy systems.
  • Experience in driving event-driven architectures using platforms such as Solace, Kafka, etc will be viewed as a strong asset.
