Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Strategy, Easy Meals Made Better, the Sr. Brand Manager, Frozen, Hydration & Snacking will own and build the long-term strategy for Kraft Heinz's portfolio of brands and deliver the operating plan.

They take the extra step to work towards a vision for future success, while driving revenue and profit. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.
This role defines the product mix, pricing, packaging, and advertising and promotion strategies for your brands, informed by a deep understanding of the consumer, customer and category dynamics. With oversight of the P&L, you're accountable for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives. You will be responsible for building consumer and customer demand for your business and implementing your marketing initiatives through cross functional team leadership. This role requires strong collaboration with the Insights, Communications and Innovations teams to bring compelling campaigns and new products to market.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, data-driven insight and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy & Annual Planning: Own, build and deliver both annual and long-term brand strategy and financial operating plans.
• Business Delivery & Leadership: Own the P&L for your portfolio and have accountability for delivering NSV, profit, tonnage, and market share objectives. Define the product mix, pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies for your brands. Lead monthly business management rituals, including demand forecasting, consumption and financial review. Ensure timely communication with key internal stakeholders on issues and activities.
• Insights to Action: Use consumption (Nielsen), business analytics and collaboration with CIS to develop a deep understanding of the business, consumer and category. Leverage this understanding to build insights and create action plans that drive growth and HHP.
• Innovation: Articulate the role of innovation in supporting Brand Strategies, and collaborate with Innovation team to build pipelines to drive future growth. Lead launch 'go to market' activities. Lead renovations and optimization projects.
• Communications: Collaborate with Comms and Omni teams to deliver full funnel consumer engagement plans that support Brand Strategies and drive Brand Equity measures. Manage the marketing budget.
• Partnership: Lead cross-functional teams that includes finance, sales strategy, consumer insights, innovation, communications, operations, and shopper marketing. Partner with Sales to represent the Brands to customers as needed.
• People Leadership: Coach, develop and engage team of 2 direct reports

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of cumulative business experience including 4-5+ years of core Marketing experience (e.g. creation of brand plans, new product launches, providing creative direction, building and executing consumer promotions)
• Demonstrates initiative, urgency and leadership, with a strong drive for results
• Operates with agility, with solid problem solving and simplification skills
• Has entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable navigating the unknown. Is willing to try new things and is comfortable learning by 'failing fast'
• Proven analytical capabilities in interpreting and driving action from data
• Ability to influence, lead cross functional teams, and work through others
• Consumer obsessed, with the ability to identify market trends and key insights
• 1-2 years of people leadership experience
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$143,800.00 - $179,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
