Desarrollar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo, que permitan la operación de los equipos auxiliares de Estampados Magna, para garantizar la operación de los equipos de proceso y la producción requerida por nuestros clientes; así como la implementación de nuevos proyectos y mejoras que ayuden a la reducción de costos del departamento, ya sea implementados con personal de planta o personal externo.
Ser capaz de valorar el estado de funcionamiento de equipos específicos para determinar si se realizará el mantenimiento interno o con proveedor externo, para cumplir con los objetivos de la organización.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera de Ingeniería
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 5 años en la industria automotriz en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:
- Mecánica intermedia-avanzada
- Electricidad intermedia-avanzada
- Electrónica digital y analógica básica
- Neumática intermedia
- Hidráulica intermedia
- Bombas centrífugas, de diafragmas y sumergibles
- Compresores de gas natural, aire comprimido
- Subestación eléctrica, manejo de alta tensión 115,000 Volts y media tensión 13,800 volts
- Elaboración de volúmenes de obra y cotizaciones
- Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
