What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team. You’ll get to: 

  • Work directly with HR & business team leaders to understand hourly hiring needs and develop recruiting plans, specifically for our U.S.-based, plants and distribution centers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and interview hourly candidates for open roles.
  • Partner with local community organizations to network with Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups, Colleges, and other vendors to identify sources to find ideal candidates.
  • Create and update site-specific reports that can be shared with the business.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow.

  • 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle Recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to work across diverse cultures and styles to build consensus and support.
  • Ability to continuously spot problem areas and act to improve systems and processes as appropriate.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and experience in task prioritization/management.
  • Experience with Workday or another ATS.
