StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Business Partner for a 6 month contract to support a high volume of hiring in H1 2025. In this role you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process.


This position is open to candidates in Canada.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance.
  • Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals.
  • Analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process, and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput of the hiring process.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates.

What you'll bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Lever) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A people-oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer-service driven.
