As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM Team Lead you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand the business needs, define the requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM and related technologies. You will also provide guidance and best practices on how to leverage the capabilities and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM to optimize the business processes and workflows. 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CRM platform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability 

  • Analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. 

  • Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, plugins, reports and integrations.  

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems or System integration and ensuring optimal performance of solutions. 

  • Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring that the implemented solution complies with relevant security and data privacy standards 

  • Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.  

  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with the business needs and expectations. 

  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance. 

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in CRM development. 

  • Provide documentation, training, and support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. 

  • Review code and ensure it conforms to standards. 

  • Oversee the deployment lifecycle of the project, including planning for production deployments and managing version upgrades. 

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.  

  What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 

  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience. 

  • Ability to read a software requirement and produce a technical specification. 

  • Strong understanding of Business process in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. 

  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features and limitations. 

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations. 

  • On-Premises & Cloud Architecture/ design knowledge & experience 

  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development tools and languages, such as Power Apps, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.  

  • Possess deep knowledge of build deployment processes. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  

  • Ability to manage client-facing communication, to facilitate customer meetings and capture and distribute action items. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.  

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications. 

  • Banking experience 

  • Experience with  

  • Azure services. 

  • Power Automate 

  • Power BI 

  • Microsoft Power Apps Component Framework  

  • Canvas Apps 

  • SSIS 

  • Type Script 

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
