- You’ll drive inclusive hiring practices, ensuring fairness and diversity in sourcing and selection.
- You’ll advise on hiring best practices and influence decision-making using data and market insights.
Your story
- You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland but feel comfortable and excited to come to our St Gallen office from time to time.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, ideally in a startup/fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’ve also recruited for Commercial or G&A roles.
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple roles while keeping quality high and delivering a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience—even as priorities shift.
- You have strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools.
- You prefer a collaborative and proactive approach to partnering with hiring managers, team members, and stakeholders across the business.
- You have a strong ability to balance speed and quality, making thoughtful hiring decisions.

What you need to know about the Calgary Tech Scene
Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
