  • Leverage data insights and customer feedback to anticipate trends and proactively shape strategy

  • Own long-term product forecasts, and stocking strategy

Own Product & Program Performance

  • Drive business development and commercialization

  • Enable the sales organization through training, tools, and compelling product positioning

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Product link, its platform Visionlink, and customer needs
  • Influence product development, enhancements, and solution design

Enable Sales & Unlock Opportunities

  • Partner with sales teams to activate tailored solutions that win in competitive markets

  • Identify and develop new opportunities through pipeline analysis and market intelligence

  • Maintain strong engagement with frontline sales teams to optimize commercialization efforts

  • Collaborate across business lines to deliver customer-centric, value-driven solutions

What You Bring:

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales, or related roles

Core Capabilities

  • Strong business and commercial acumen

  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies

  • Data-driven decision-making with a customer-first mindset

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills

What Sets You Apart
