You will be a key member of the sales team, the TRM is accountable for delivering the assigned territory’s sales goals through the acquisition of new customers. The TRM identifies, investigates, and develops opportunities and relationships with prospective RMs within the defined territory. The TRM manages, maintains, and acquires new relationships as a key corporate representative for the company.

The Territory Relationship Manager's role consists of the following:

  • Building relationships with Resident Managers (RM'S), Caretakers, and Concierges in the Multi-Dwelling unit (MDU) market (e.g. apartments, condos, townhouses)
  • Be responsible for booking roughly 10-12 MDU events per month
  • Handling the full cycle of relationship building (Call building contact – Propose Event – Book Event – Host Event – Thank building Contact)
  • Seeking out new opportunities within the MDU market
  • Providing current marketing material as required to the RM's
  • Using Salesforce to source new contacts when needed
  • Updating an online database on a consistent, daily basis
  • Providing reports and correspondence to the TELUS Channel Manager in a timely manner
  • Dealing with RM escalations
  • Weekly scheduling of face-to-face meetings and calls with RM's
