We're on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Territory Sales Representative to lead growth of our TWL footprint in the wider Auckland region. What's the role about?

Reporting to the Wiri TWL Branch Manager you’ll be responsible for the region covering East Tamaki, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu, Penrose, Onehunga, and Mangere. Your mission is to drive business growth, manage stock and sales performance, and foster strong B2B and B2C relationships. You'll use your expertise to ensure the region's sales thrive, all while managing customer demands with precision and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Market Expansion by utilizing customer and sales data to develop strategies that grow market share and boost sales.

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Ensure stock levels are aligned with customer demand, preventing shortages and maximizing sales.

  • Monitor sales performance, provide reports to the Branch Manager, and adapting strategies to maximize results.

  • Conduct regular visits and meetings to ensure customer engagement and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be a seasoned and resilient sales expert with proven experience in delivering results, ideally within the heavy automotive sector, along with:

  • Proven sales success in B2B and B2C environments, ideally within a related industry.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A strategic mindset with the agility to adapt to a constantly changing market.

  • Tech-savvy with a strong grasp on sales reporting and stock management.

  • A valid driver's license is essential; experience with Dangerous Goods is a bonus.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvements.
