The Opportunity

Our Cash Management team is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Treasury Analyst to support the day-to-day cash management activities for our Canadian, U.S. and Mexico business units. If you are passionate about Cash Management and keen to be part of a dynamic team, this role is ideal for you.

What you’ll do

  • Support daily cash management and forecasting activities as required

  • Work with the business and our banking partners to issue Letters of Credit (LC) to counterparties for our Canadian, U.S. and Mexico business units

  • Process treasury payments in SAP and/or banking systems

  • Assist with Bank Account Administration activities (KYC documentation, opening and closing of bank accounts, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to address treasury related questions

  • Support ad-hoc Treasury projects and tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of a relevant Undergraduate degree (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.)

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ progressive, related experience in Treasury

  • Related professional designation or working toward a designation (CFA, CPA, CTP) an asset

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cash management activities and letters of credit considered an asset

  • Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with counterparts in the Company and external stakeholders

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
