Our Underwriting Directors are experts in their field and able to monitor trends and development in the industry, guiding their portfolio in a positive way. As the Director for the commercial lines, mid-market department, you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals.

If you are great at:

  • Strategic and management planning

  • Overseeing corporate and regional underwriting objectives

  • Sales and negotiations

  • Leading, developing and mentoring teams

  • Driving change

  • Data analytics

If you have:

  • 10 years of Underwriting experience

  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role

  • Strategic leadership style
