As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Depending on experience and level, responsibilities may include managing increasingly complex matters, leading client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the practice.

Your work will impact businesses, employees, and their families, helping them achieve immigration success with efficiency, empathy, and precision.

Your Role & Impact

As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, you will:

  • Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.

  • Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

  • Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.

  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.

  • Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.

  • Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, and client-focused immigration attorney with:

Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.

Experience: Business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications. Candidates will be considered across multiple attorney levels based on relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, leadership capabilities, and overall qualifications.

Additional Information

Location: U.S.-based opportunities (Hybrid and Remote work options available, subject to geographic location, business needs, and role requirements.)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Regular Employment

Salary Range: $120,000 - $185,000

The compensation range listed reflects the broad range for attorney positions covered by this posting. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including geographic location, internal level alignment, years of relevant experience, specialized skills and expertise, market considerations, and other job-related qualifications.
