Lead multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects from concept through commissioning. Develop, review, and approve electrical deliverables; manage scope, schedule, risks, and change; lead technical/customer meetings; perform power system studies; design protection, substation, and PMS/SCADA/DCS systems; support FAT/SAT, commissioning, vendor oversight, and proposal/estimate development.

Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary electrical projects from concept through commissioning. Develop and approve electrical deliverables, perform power system studies, design protection/control and substation systems, coordinate vendors and testing (FAT/SAT), manage scope/schedule/risks, support proposals, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and maintain accurate electrical 2D and 3D design drawings and models, create layouts, schematics, and documentation, manage revisions, support design reviews, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to design templates, libraries, and continuous improvement.
