Support senior PMs by gathering requirements, analyzing customer feedback and usage data, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining the backlog and documentation, coordinating cross-functional work, supporting client discovery, and keeping project timelines and status reports up to date.

Lead API testing for a GraphQL/REST platform: design and run functional, schema, auth, error-handling, and load tests (k6); build automated API test suites (Postman/Bruno); integrate tests into CI/CD; write structured test cases; track defects; and provide QA release summaries to stakeholders.
