Supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow management, financial modeling, and recurring reporting across corporate and site-level cost centers. Builds dashboards and KPI tracking, maintains shared financial models, partners with operational and clinical leaders, and contributes to integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow modeling. The role also helps automate reporting and establish FP&A processes and best practices.

Coordinate physician and provider onboarding, including records, contracts, signatures, welcome materials, and follow-up. Maintain provider and patient referral trackers, dashboards, portals, sensitive records, and program materials. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Recruitment, and other departments to resolve outstanding items. Provide reporting and visibility to leadership, support program applications, and occasionally develop in-person provider relationships through regional travel in Canada and the United States.

Leads accounting and finance operations across US and Canadian entities, overseeing reporting, treasury, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, finance systems, acquisitions, refinancing, and financial integration. The VP develops the finance team, drives process automation and technology adoption, prepares executive and board reporting, and advises leadership and private equity stakeholders on financial strategy and organizational growth.
