The role also mentors scheduling professionals, supports project reviews, conducts site progress walks, and contributes to pursuit schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads project turnover, procurement strategy, subcontractor engagement, contract administration, commercial risk management, and project mobilization. Responsibilities include tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, budget and forecast support, compliance oversight, dispute resolution, and procurement reporting. The role connects preconstruction and operations, manages project startup activities, supports construction teams, and promotes Lean practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Manage institutional, commercial, and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, change orders, quality control, subcontractor coordination, stakeholder meetings, commissioning, and handover. The role also leads project teams, supports lean construction practices, manages risks and long-lead items, and supervises assistant project managers and coordinators.

Leads health, safety, and environmental programs for a construction project, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations. Manages and mentors HSE staff, assesses risks, implements corrective actions, delivers training, supports incident response, reviews environmental hazards, prepares safety performance reports, and collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The role initially works from Edmonton before relocating to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and requires travel and reliable transportation.

Coordinates construction project operations, engineering information, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, quality control, scheduling constraints, budgets, subcontractor scopes, and project closeout. Liaises with architects, trades, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, owners, and project staff while supporting safety planning, lean construction processes, contract compliance, and documentation at construction sites and offices.

Supports project managers and superintendents throughout construction projects, including tendering, subcontract preparation, scheduling, document control, RFIs, change orders, quality assurance, closeout, meeting coordination, productivity tracking, and project accounting. The intern also helps maintain trade partner and client relationships while applying Lean thinking, collaborative planning, and construction documentation practices. This is an 8- or 12-month field-based internship in Red Deer, Alberta.

Leads financial administration for complex construction projects, including billing, accounts payable, subcontractor payments, audits, month-end close, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and project closeout. Supervises accounting staff, interprets contract terms, ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies, monitors cash position and profitability risks, and supports project teams across site and office locations.
