Supports Project Managers and Superintendents on a major hospital construction project. Responsibilities include project start-up, bid evaluations, permitting, scheduling, document control, RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, meeting coordination, trade-scope tracking, project accounting, stakeholder communication, and on-site problem solving. The intern will work full-time in Red Deer, Alberta, supporting project planning, safety compliance, and continuous improvement during a 4-, 8-, or 12-month term.

Leads Clark Builders’ brand, proposal, marketing, and communications services. Oversees team workflow, resourcing, quality, and deliverables; coaches team members; guides strategic proposals and pursuit materials; supports campaigns and storytelling across internal and external channels; ensures brand consistency; collaborates with stakeholders across regions; and improves processes, tools, and team effectiveness.

Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects, leading project teams, preconstruction, tenders, contracts, scheduling, forecasting, quality control, risk management, safety, compliance, and client coordination. Conduct jobsite reviews, support staff development, implement construction technologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
