Own scalable customer programs from planning and recruitment through launch, engagement, measurement, closeout, and handoff. Coordinate Product, Design, Research, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Analytics teams. Lead pre-PMF product testing, relaunch the Customer Advisory Board, integrate customer testing into launch-readiness processes, and establish repeatable customer insight loops and operating playbooks.

Owns Dropbox’s Virtual First technology workstream, including AI enablement, knowledge management, automation, and digital workflows. Leads organizational research, pilots, experiments, and a portfolio of interconnected programs. Translates qualitative and quantitative findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, operating models, and scalable organizational change. Establishes roadmaps, objectives, success measures, milestones, and risk reporting while facilitating cross-functional initiatives across People, Technology, Communications, and Operations.

Own company-critical technical problems and long-term strategy across multiple organizations. Architect scalable customer-facing systems and platforms, remain hands-on in software development, influence senior product and engineering leaders, establish engineering standards, and drive responsible AI adoption in products and workflows. The role requires deep expertise in large-scale software systems, consumer products, distributed systems, and production ML and LLM applications.
