Own paid acquisition across Google, Bing, Meta, and YouTube, scaling campaigns from creative production through launch, optimization, and attribution. The role requires hands-on Google Ads expertise, creative production skills, subscription funnel experience, and strong ownership in a remote startup environment.

Design and rapidly iterate high-performing paid social creative for Meta, Instagram, and other channels. Create statics, carousels, short-form video clips, and multiple variations based on performance insights. Monitor Meta Ads Manager, analyze competitors and trends, and use data to guide creative decisions. Partner with founders and marketing teams on messaging and testing, own execution from concept through launch, and build reusable templates and winning ad formats.

Source and recruit technical and non-technical talent globally, build pipelines for high-priority roles, conduct personalized outbound campaigns, and partner with hiring managers through offer closure. The role requires strong Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, and passive-candidate sourcing skills, along with recruiting analytics, AI and automation use, coordination, and independent management of multiple hiring priorities.
