Design and rapidly iterate high-performing paid social creative for Meta, Instagram, and other channels. Create statics, carousels, short-form video clips, and multiple variations based on performance insights. Monitor Meta Ads Manager, analyze competitors and trends, and use data to guide creative decisions. Partner with founders and marketing teams on messaging and testing, own execution from concept through launch, and build reusable templates and winning ad formats.

Lead Fireflies’ creative direction and emotional brand identity. Develop memorable campaign concepts across film, social, OOH, digital, events, partnerships, and other channels. Translate human insights into stories, visuals, language, characters, and experiences, then guide work from concept through production and launch. Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, founders, agencies, and creative partners while maintaining high standards for brand quality and consistency.

Source and recruit technical and non-technical talent globally, build pipelines for high-priority roles, conduct personalized outbound campaigns, and partner with hiring managers through offer closure. The role requires strong Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, and passive-candidate sourcing skills, along with recruiting analytics, AI and automation use, coordination, and independent management of multiple hiring priorities.
