Lead and improve the global Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across North America and Europe, overseeing vendor onboarding, AP, payments, month-end close, controls, metrics, and NetSuite P2P. Build and execute business plans, manage end-to-end ad sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, create data-driven insights with MarSci, and drive partner retention and growth through consultative selling, presentations, and measurable ROI.

Lead and scale a global People Services function, modernizing HR technology and processes through AI and automation, driving service delivery standards, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement while managing a distributed team and external partners.

Manage and grow strategic retail, CPG, and agency partnerships across North America. Build and execute business plans, lead cross-functional projects, consultatively sell Flipp solutions, leverage data to create business cases, and drive revenue and technology adoption to deliver measurable partner value.

Manage end-to-end delivery of digital flyer projects: coordinate assets, upload into flyer software, perform data entry and quality checks, communicate with retailer contacts, troubleshoot production issues, and improve processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Lead global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and finance transformation. Partner with CEO/CFO and executives to shape strategy, capital allocation, and Board reporting. Build KPIs, dashboards, scenario models, and a high-performing global FP&A team while modernizing planning through automation and AI-enabled analytics.

Lead global accounting operations including month-end close, journal and reconciliation review, consolidation, statutory/local GAAP reporting, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, audit support, and process improvements. Manage and develop an accounting team, support ERP/system enhancements and post-merger integrations, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Process supplier invoices, manage vendor relationships, execute payment runs, handle employee expenses and corporate cards, support month-end close, prepare OPEX accruals and journal entries, assist indirect tax filings, maintain AP controls, and support NetSuite-related process improvements and audits.
