Conduct bilingual English and French outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn; identify decision-makers, generate and qualify B2B leads, book meetings for Account Executives, manage CRM records, personalize outreach, meet sales KPIs, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Responsibilities include budget management, keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking, performance reporting, and ROI optimization. The role requires analyzing campaign data, developing growth strategies, collaborating with marketing stakeholders, and communicating results. This is a fully remote independent contractor position requiring at least three years of paid advertising experience and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. Improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance through keyword research, audience targeting, budget and bidding optimization, ad testing, and conversion tracking. Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to align paid advertising with business goals.
