Maintains donor and gift records, processes donations and tax receipts, generates fundraising reports, manages database integrations and data quality, supports annual giving and donor stewardship, researches prospects, reconciles donation records with Finance, and provides database guidance and training to colleagues.

Coordinates office administration and Operational Services support, including records, meetings, action tracking, leases, property documentation, vendors, supplies, workplace setup, office moves, access cards, and operational compliance follow-up. The role supports the Vice President and Operations team by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking deadlines, coordinating service providers, and assisting with reports, dashboards, approvals, and organizational initiatives.
