Leads KBR’s Canada operations for Sustainable Technology Solutions, driving regional growth, client and stakeholder relationships, business development, project execution, regulatory compliance, budgeting, resource planning, and organizational performance. The role oversees Canada projects and business operations, recruits and develops local teams, manages commercial and financial outcomes, and aligns Canadian activities with Americas and global delivery objectives across the energy sector.

Leads full-lifecycle engineering and execution of Alberta midstream oil and gas projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, processing facilities, and SAGD systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams through FEED, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. Oversees technical design, scope, schedule, quality, risk, HSE, regulatory compliance, contractor activities, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and commercial interfaces. Drives reliability improvements, debottlenecking, cost optimization, and digital technology implementation. Requires extensive oil and gas project experience, field leadership, and knowledge of Canadian codes and AER regulations.

Lead and deliver large EPC or multiple projects in Alberta, ensuring safe execution, cost/schedule control, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate project teams, manage scope and change, support proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee project planning and reporting.
