Supports commercial banking payment operations, including wire, ACH, securities, and electronic transaction processing. Performs manual wire entry and repair, follows SWIFT, Fedwire, and CHIPS requirements, supports ACH compliance, fraud and sanctions controls, reconciliations, claims, cash-management setups, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Escalates control weaknesses and documentation errors while developing knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and audit processes.

Manages compensation programs and incentive governance for assigned business lines. Executes annual compensation reviews and market surveys, analyzes salary, bonus, equity, and labor-market data, supports regulatory compliance, and partners with business, finance, compliance, risk, and HR leaders. Develops market-data solutions, provides compensation insights, performs ad hoc analysis, and leads strategic compensation projects.
