Manage commercial signage projects from award through installation: review drawings, coordinate production and installation crews, handle permitting and inspections, communicate with clients, landlords and inspectors, resolve issues to meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Lead full-cycle HR for office and field staff while integrating and managing OHS programs. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, policy development, employee relations, safety audits, incident documentation, COR certification program, safety committee oversight, and occasional travel between Alberta and Saskatchewan.
