Provide administrative and operational support for advisors: process client service requests and new business applications, track underwriting and approvals, maintain organized electronic records, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and support onboarding and reporting to improve service responsiveness and compliance.

Lead strategic advisor engagement and revenue growth for TPA solutions by building relationships with independent advisors, delivering consultative guidance, positioning carrier-agnostic plan designs, educating the market, and driving long-term high-quality pipeline, retention, and advisor influence across the group benefits ecosystem.

Provide proactive consulting and relationship management for an assigned block of group retirement clients. Support sales and cross-sell initiatives, respond to technical inquiries on plan design, governance, taxation and investments, prepare meeting materials and governance documentation, run member education and webinars, maintain client records, monitor market trends, and continuously develop technical expertise to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Drive new business and book qualified meetings through cold calling, lead generation, networking and referrals. Maintain relationships with prospects and decision makers, assess group insurance plans, meet call-volume and performance metrics, and represent People Corporation. Maintain product knowledge, pursue continuing education on benefits and legislation, collaborate across teams, and identify creative lead-generation opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Support group benefits design and financial management for clients: perform renewal analysis and carrier negotiations, prepare reports and presentations, analyze plan finances and experience, conduct marketings, gather cost impact data, and collaborate with vendors and consulting teams.
