Provide proactive consulting and relationship management for an assigned block of group retirement clients. Support sales and cross-sell initiatives, respond to technical inquiries on plan design, governance, taxation and investments, prepare meeting materials and governance documentation, run member education and webinars, maintain client records, monitor market trends, and continuously develop technical expertise to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Nationally leads Client Operations across regions, developing scalable operating models, governance, service standards, performance frameworks, retention strategies, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees client growth, risk management, operational efficiency, talent development, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve client experience, advisor productivity, profitability, and business performance.

Manage the onboarding and financial integration of acquired companies. Responsibilities include developing transition plans, converting forecasts into budgets, integrating payroll, benefits, banking, accounts payable, and revenue tracking, preparing financial reports and variance analyses, calculating post-close payments, coordinating cross-functional integration workstreams, communicating project progress, maintaining project systems, resolving challenges, and identifying process improvements. The role requires accounting and finance expertise, project management, stakeholder communication, and CPA completion or near completion.

Supports client onboarding, communications, inquiries, carrier coordination, CRM administration, reporting, document maintenance, and administrative tasks. Prepares presentations and correspondence, maintains accurate confidential client records, and assists Account Managers and Managing Consultants. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and advanced PowerPoint skills.

Drive new business and book qualified meetings through cold calling, lead generation, networking and referrals. Maintain relationships with prospects and decision makers, assess group insurance plans, meet call-volume and performance metrics, and represent People Corporation. Maintain product knowledge, pursue continuing education on benefits and legislation, collaborate across teams, and identify creative lead-generation opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Manages and grows group benefits client relationships, develops strategic consulting plans, identifies cross-sell opportunities, analyzes claims and carrier proposals, prepares cost comparisons and recommendations, supports renewals and implementations, and presents findings to clients. Provides peer review for analysts, coordinates internal teams, maintains workflow systems, and supports plan sponsors and administrators. Requires group benefits expertise, client-facing experience, a Life license, business education, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Provide remote legal consultations across multiple practice areas, analyze client matters, prepare litigation files, draft procedures, develop representation strategies, and support court or administrative hearings. Advise clients on rights, obligations, risks, and options; track deadlines; negotiate settlements; collaborate with the legal team; and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes.
