The role involves collaborating with clients, shaping product direction, and delivering meaningful technology solutions. S32 invests across areas including artificial intelligence, enterprise software, cybersecurity, fintech, quantum computing, computational biology, and biotechnology.

Partner with S32 portfolio companies as a founding recruiter to design and lead early-stage hiring and talent strategies, drive growth by owning hiring projects from concept to launch, and shape company direction through hands-on recruiting and talent development.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to embed security across the software development and deployment lifecycle. Influence technical direction, implement DevSecOps practices, secure CI/CD and infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve security posture and processes.
