The Business Analyst supports Finance Business Solutions by analyzing and improving financial processes, documenting requirements, mapping workflows, supporting project implementation, and planning testing cycles. The role provides operational support for finance systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, access management, data extracts, and analysis. It also promotes change management, responsible AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance and other departments.

Develops and manages alumni and student engagement programs, events, communications, mentorship opportunities, and partnerships. Builds relationships with alumni, donors, students, leaders, and community partners while coordinating event logistics, budgets, timelines, sponsorships, and recognition activities. Tracks engagement metrics to improve programming and supports fundraising, stewardship, and institutional events. Requires strong project management, communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Provides personalized career advising and coaching to students and alumni through consultations, workshops, presentations, mock interviews, and career readiness events. Develops employment resources, interprets labour market information, supports employer job postings and recruitment initiatives, researches industry trends, and analyzes service data to improve career services. Builds partnerships with employers, instructors, academic leaders, and internal teams to support career pathways and graduate employment success.
