Teams at SAIT

Act as Finance liaison to HR leading workforce analytics, compensation reporting, and position control. Provide labour cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and guidance on collective bargaining and legislative changes. Develop and automate workforce analytics and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.

Set up and maintain aircraft, training aids, hangar, labs and equipment; manage tool/equipment inventory and shipping (including dangerous goods); perform routine aircraft and ground support equipment maintenance; organize hangar operations; liaise with contractors; support student orientation and industry events.

Lead and support SAIT Trojans athletic events by managing spectator engagement, ticketing, game statistics, broadcasting/production logistics, digital media, setup/takedown, and front- and back-of-house event duties. Coordinate pre-participation training/certifications and create promotional content while supervising game-day roles such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, announcing, video, and mascot management.
