Lead a multi-phase institutional needs assessment of TVET assessment and QA systems, conduct desk research and site visits in Dhaka, interview stakeholders, analyze policies and practices, evaluate governance and readiness, and deliver a prioritized final report with recommendations.

Provide technical expertise to assess international TVET institutions across curriculum, infrastructure, instruction, assessments and industry alignment. Conduct desk research, on-site evaluations abroad, interviews, observations, and contribute technical input to the Needs Assessment Report, collaborating with project team and stakeholders.

Teach Alberta machinist curriculum to apprentices and certificate/diploma students. Prepare and deliver lab and classroom instruction, create study materials, support and mentor learners, participate in curriculum review and program improvements, and collaborate with faculty on projects. Contract position through June 2027.
