The ServiceNow Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements, designs workflows, coordinates ServiceNow operations and delivery activities, and facilitates stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include sprint coordination, process improvement, test planning, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, documentation, reporting specifications, project planning, risk monitoring, and status communication. The role supports ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.

Maintains and repairs welding laboratory equipment, demonstration systems, tools, and mechanical components. Controls inventory, stocks consumables and weld coupons, supports instructors, researches equipment specifications, and follows workplace health and safety requirements. The role also requires physical activity, a Class 5 driver’s license, strong communication and organization skills, and willingness to complete required safety and welding-section training.

Act as Finance liaison to HR leading workforce analytics, compensation reporting, and position control. Provide labour cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and guidance on collective bargaining and legislative changes. Develop and automate workforce analytics and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
